Mustaches, 6 Flags and saying goodbye

This is me and jason messing around at their Dodgeball Tournament Saturday night.

Saturday night there was a HUGE dodgeball tournament in Huntington Beach. So Ashlee and I met everyone down there. It was soo fun, we basically just played on the sidelines, then when the tournament was over we tried to get a game of knock out started... which didnt really work so we just messed around with basketballs. After the tournament there was a mustache party in Long Beach. Jason is obsessed with mustaches (trust me i know its weird) so he was very excited. We all drew on mustaches with some eye liner and headed out. It was pretty fun but to be totally honest I think it was more fun just getting ready for it. :)
me and my dirty stache.... sick I know!

Sunday was Jasons farewell. I thought it was VERY nice. Because General COnference is this next weekend it was actually fast sunday. So Jason spoke and then everyone bore their testimonies. So both of his parents were able to bear their testimonies and some of his friends. Then that night there was a little open house at his sisters place. There was a good turn out but by the end of the night Jason was sooo tired. His family invited me to go to 6 Flags with them the next day so we both went to bed early since Monday would be a LONG day.

Monday morning I met everyone in Huntington at 9am. Jason's mom Lori decided to sit out of Magic Mountain since she doesnt really like rollercoasters and had a lot to do so she stayed home and watched Chloe. Magic Mountain was so fun and it was soo nice being able to spend all day with Jason before he got set apart. We got home that night around 7, and Jason was getting set apart at 9. We were still with his family til about 8 then we went back to his house to say goodbye. It was very tearful but sweet. I will miss him soo much but know he will be an amazing missionary. I am soo proud of his decision and am so grateful for the time we had together.
Jason's sister Lisa and me.
The whole group (minus Dan, Jasons dad) at the beginning of the day.

Since Jason has left all my friends and family have been soo grate. I went straight to my parents monday night to get a little cuddle session in with my parents and just be with them. Then the next day I heard from Joy and Shannon, Jason's mom called me, and tons of friends either have called or texted me these past 2 days. Ashlee and my friend Eric got me a dozen white roses last night. I am just so grateful for my friends and family who have been sooo supportive and just amazing to me these past 2 months. I love you all!!!

Nice!! That sounds like a great way to say goodbye. It looks like you had fun with his family too, which is awesome. I was thinking of Jason today going into the MTC.

The girls thought your mustache was silly. It reminded me of Paula Abdul! ;)
