Memories!!

1. Leave one memory that you and I had together, as a comment on my blog. Anything goes.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll check to see if you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Memory, memory, oh, there's so many memory's. I love the first day of school green and white smocked dress (that I had smocked) with your saddle oxford shoes. You were so cute and so shy! Speaking of shy, I reamember taking you to Sunbeams for the first time and you wouldn't let go of my hand to stand in line with Sister Hale. Sigh! Where did the time go.

How about the time we went to Palm Springs for the weekend. That was fun!! I'm sure I can come up with more. I'll brainstorm with your sisters and get back to you :-)

Love, Mom

I've only met you once but I guess I have one memory of you. It was when I was introduced to you at church.

Hmmmm.....I think my favorite is a more recent memory. I love how you love my kids. I really appreciate it and they love you so much too (even if they can't always remember your name). You're a "great" aunt!!

I have lots, many of which are from the freshman/senior year we spent together, but also I remember being so silly crazy when mom and dad were out of town and I was "in charge" and you and mel and ryan were playing with that ball of wax while we watched home videos then we went over to Ryan's to watch Dumb and Dumber and we all fell asleep. We're such nerds. I also LOVED the card you made me when I was at college that had that fatty picture of us in it from that one Christmas and it said on the front, "I've known some sexy beasts in my life . . ." then on the inside it had that picture. I seriously laughed so hard. I love that you are able to laugh at yourself and that we have such fun times to look back on. You are a great sister and I love you!
(now I'm feeling all sentimental and I'm so glad that I get to see you and create more fun memories in a few weeks!)

This is a memory from the pass. When you where born your mother was busy keeping Joy and Shannon calm. during sacrament meeting your grandma Nan and I got to rock you to sleep at the back of the chapel. I didn't have any grandchildren yet and just treasured that time with you. I know that you are still that precious sole. love ya
