GARTH BROOKS!!

Saturday night Amy, Allison, Amanda, and me had tickets to the Garth Brooks concert.  We got them through work and had tockets in a suite RIGHT above the stage on the left side.  It was a really fun night!  Here are a few pictures I just got from Amanda!

Guitar Hero

Ok.... I have a problem.  I am seriously addicted to this game.  Me and trisha just barely discovered how amazing it is a couple days ago... no joke, I think it was Sunday night when Quinn brought it over.  We had talked about getting Rock Band for the apartment, so Quinn brought over Guitar Hero so we can start practicing the guitar and bass part.  He is letting us keep it at the apartment for now....  HUGE mistake.  I have been SOO tired everyday at work cuz me and trisha stay up til one every morning playing the stupid thing.  Today on my lunch break I am going home... I say to fold up my laundry... but I know if I go home I'll be able to sneak in a few games....  I really need to kick this addiction.

I took some pictures of the apartment... even though its constantly changing....  soon the black couch will be gone and replaced with 2 brown bigger leather couches.  We also just got barstools.  They are pretty cute!  but if you want the full picture you'll have to come visit!

the big move

OK.... so I am AWARE I have been the BIGGEST slacker lately.  So I wanted to post a quick update on how the move went and what I've been up too!  So the big move was Saturday.  I woke up Saturday morning at about 8:30 looked around my room and realized I had NOTHING packed yet.  haha...  So I started throwing clothes in bags and cleaning up my room a bit.  I told dad I wanted to head over to the apartment at about 11.  So at 10:45 dad starts loading up the truck.  We both headed over just to take care of the big stuff.  I figured I would go over later with my car and clothes and stuff...  When we got there I checked in, and realized we were the first ones there.... Bonus!  All morning me and dad were the only ones there, so I thought it would be a perfect time for mom to come check out the place.  About the same time mom got there my roommate Errissa had showed up... but she was just checking in....  Me and dad finished up shortly after and headed back to the house.  I loaded up my car... everything else managed to fit... amazingly enough.  

When I got back to the apartment Errissa had already come and gone... so that was nice. I was able to unload in peace. Pretty much by the time I was done unpacking Trisha and Ashlee and Errissa one by one started showing up.  Thats when things started getting crazy... but at least I was just able to help.  We wanted to get the apartment looking nice as quick as possible so we stayed up pretty late and a couple people stopped by to see it.   Everyday it has been getting cuter and cuter I am really going to try and get some pictures but i also wanna wait til we get our brown couches.... but soon!  so keep checking!

MOVING!!!

So I am moving into an adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Fullerton January 15th!  I am so excited... I will be sharing a room with Erissa, I probably know her the least but she works full time in LA and has a boyfriend so is never home.  In the other room will be my good friend Trisha and Ashlee.  I know Ashlee pretty well because she's my best friend Robin's cousin.  Each room has a walk-in closet and a bathroom attached.  And the rooms are dual master suites.  The Apartment complex is called The Lake and each apartment is surrounded by this beautiful lake.  Our apartment has a patio and dock.   I am also pretty excited about the fireplace :D  Its right by the freeway and has gated access.  We have an attached garage and 2 covered car ports so parking for all 4 of us shouldn't be a problem.  http://www.forrent.com/apartment-community-profile/1005570.php?CMP=OTC-SMX    Here is the link to the apartment if you wan to check it out.  Everything looks like that except the kitchens have since been redone.  

    This weekend we had the Henshaw's in town with us which was a bunch of fun.  I love playing with the girls.  I took them to the ward christmas party with me where they were a HUGE hit with their little jiggle bell scrunchie's.  I also had a FUN night of toilet papering with my soon to be 2 new room mates trisha and Ashley.... Vance is Home!

So we picked up Vance from the Ontario Airport last night.  Mom and I drove down with Bishop Green, Becky and Jordan.  Blake, Paige, Naomi, and Jenny were also there!  We had posters and tons of cameras and videos.  After we all went to Farmer Boys and got dinner.  It was pretty fun and I LOVE the awkward stage of missionaries.  It always makes me laugh!
