RollerBlading....

Trisha was having some issues in the beginning... but once she got going she was totally better then me and was even helping me off the curbs and stuff.  ha ha 

Yesterday Ashlee, Trisha, and I bought rollerblades at Target.  It had been a LOONNNGGG time since I had been on rollerblades... and toook me awhile to get use to it.  Eventually I started getting the hang of it though.  We even managed to skate all the way to In N Out for dinner.  But as the nerds we are forgot spare shoes, so then had to eat in our socks.  They were nice though and at least brought us our food and drinks!  After we skated back to the apartment we went in the spa and went swimming.  Since I was seriously a hot sweaty mess (I never realized how much of an excerise it is!) The pool felt SOO nice!  We we actually played around for awhile which was fun!  Our next fun buy will be a baseball set so we can start playing little games of baseball.... or basketball.  we havent decided which it will be yet ;)

We got the BIGGEST hotdogs!  me and trisha SPLIT ours and couldnt finish!  Ashlee and Andrew got their own and almost finished but then felt sick the rest of the game.... Fools

Friday night was Mormon Night at Angels Stadium... in typical fashion... we did not get tickets in time but wanted to go (we truly are lame) our ward had no more available but Amy was able to give me 2 from her husbands boss....  score!  It was going to work out perfectly since Trisha was suppose to have a date that night me and Ashlee were going to take those 2 tickets.  Then her date called and rescheduled to Saturday so we needed to find one more ticket.  Luckily, Alex Scott from our ward called that same day and had 3 extra tickets last min.  We told him we would take them.  So now we had 5. Ashlee's boyfriend and Andrew then were going to come... well last min Tony had to work late but everything still worked out fine and in our really good seats there were plenty of open seats around us so all 4 of us were on the field level!  score again!

water Balloon fights!

Amy had to put together a class party for her son, and one of the games she came up with involved water balloons.  So there has been now 3 incidents this week where we will randomly have a little water balloon fight.  Someone will be talking on their cell outside so we will get them with like 2-3 balloons.  Today Amy had the day off with the kids so this afternoon brought them by the office and we all had a major water balloon fight.  It was fun and innocent until Kevin (one of our estimators) taught Amy's son, Nathan how to fill a water balloon but not TIE it... just run around and spray us.... much more efficient.   SOooo now I am sitting at my desk soaking wet.  Awesome.  haha  But really.  I love having a job where I can take a 30-45 min "water break" randomly!

Today is my mom's 50th birthday!  For the past couple weeks anytime she messes up a name, date or time in an e-mail she would blame it on being 50... well now its legit  :D  I know she has been looking forward for this birthday for sometime now sooo  HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!

Our New Pets!

Yesterday Ashlee, Trisha, and I were eating dinner when some of the smaller ducks appeared on our dock.  We usually like to feed them so i grabbed a piece of bread and open our door,  well they decided to just let themselves in!!  They have never done that before.  I had trisha grab my camera and we got a little video of it... what you hear it trisha's narration!  hahaha.  we have to get our carpets cleaned!  

Memorial Day Weekend

Ok so I have been AWFUL about updating... but here is a quick update about my weekend.  it was pretty lame.  I wasnt really in the mood to do anything, plus the weather was all gloomy.  anyway  so friday night me and trisha seriously stayed home all night.  One highlight from the weekend was dusting off my bike from my parents garage and going with Andrew and Trisha to ride bikes down at the beach, we took our bikes across the ferry to balboa and rode around there then rode back to our truck and got dinner and  a little diner.   I think it got trisha thinking more about getting a bike!  Which would be fun cuz then we can ride bikes to the close places that we go out to eat and random stuff like that!  Plus more Beach rides!   yayY!

Ok so I almost hate the question, "what'd you do this weekend?" because it is pretty much the same thing every weekend.... Mormon Parties.  Here in Southern California someone is throwing a party every weekend.  You would think it would get old... and occasionally a weekend off is nice, but its also surprising how each time there are new people (there are always the usuals, which sadly we have turned into) but at least every weekend we meet someone new.  Some people better then others.
