I want to be cool too!!  Plus I have some spare time on my hands....

A - Attached or Single? I guess more attached then single :D  
B- Best Friend? Sisters, Trisha, and Robin
C- Cake or Pie? Definately cake!  I like FUNfetti!  We make it in cupcake form at least every other week.... which is why i now must go to the gym every day
D- Day of Choice? Probably Saturdays... get to sleep in and usually something fun is going on!
E- Essential Item? my contacts.  I dont get very far without them
F- Favorite Color? I like all colors... mainly depends on my mood...  but I do enjoy blue red and brown.  
G- Gummy Bears or Worms? either one!  I like the bears cuz it reminds me of G and G snowballs house :D

I- Favorite Indulgence? pedicures...speaking of which... next paycheck i am SOOO getting one
J- January or July? I do like January in California....  Its usually pretty decent and I can wear fun jackets and stuff yet not freeze.  But July DOES mean summer....  its a toughie

M- Marriage date?  ha ha  who knows!
N- Number of brothers and sisters? 3 sisters...  and we need to start planning a sisters reunion

U- Unknown fact about me? hmmm  ummm  I cant cook for the life of me.  I burnt myself the other day microwaving soup.  i am making an apron tonight i am hoping that will inspire me to learn...  
V- Vegetable? zucchini.... green beans.... salad.  sooo good!

X-ray or Ultrasound? I've never had either...

Y- Your favorite food? frozen yogurt... it use to be yogurt land then I had pinkberry which i think took first place.  golden spoon has been pushed down to 3rd...

Flowers

Today I was sitting at work when the FedEx guy walked in with a ProFlowers box.  Alex had suprised me with some flowers.... they are stargazing lillies.  Right now they are still closed but as soon as they open I will post a picture!  It just made my day, he is a sweet guy.

Downtown

I dont even know how many times I have gone to Downtown Disney for the night to hang out... starting from the time I was 15 and Trisha and I would go without fail at LEAST once in a weekend if not both nights to see this band that would always play there.   Continuing through out the years I would go there for dinner, movies or simply just to go somewhere to walk around and hang out when there is nothing else going on for the night...  Well this past Saturday we went there for Trisha's co-worker Patty's daughters birthday.  They got the dream suite at the disneyland hotel.  It was soo fun playing with these 9 years old girls...  and remembering what it was like.  We also had a chance to mess around downtown disney before we got to the birthday.  

Becoming a Fan...

Its Official.  I am a hockey fan.  Saturday Matt, Ruben, Trisha and I went to the Kings game.  This was the first hockey game I've ever been too.  It was so exciting!  We ended up having to get tickets in a suite because everything else was sold unless we wanted to spend the big bucks on tickets on the glass....  It was a lot of fun though.  Me and Trisha picked out our players and rooted for them the whole time..  Mine was Lubo #17, Trisha's was Dustin Brown #23.  Here is a picture of the 4 of us with Bailey, The Kings mascot.

Cops and Snow White

This weekend was pretty fun!  Friday night my apartment fed the missionaries.  Afterwards there was a party in Costa Mesa... it has been awhile since anyone has thrown a party so of course everyone was going.  We didnt get there til sorta late and the house was already full and people were hanging out in the front of the house.  We walked around, danced, talked for a bit, but it wasnt long before the cops came because of a noise complaint.  so everyone had to leave...  we didnt bother saying goodbye to anyone and just took off so the cop car were still parked on the street we thought it was a perfect photo opt.  

As we were driving home that night we were all just chatting and suddenly Ashlee noticed she was being pulled over.  Of course the cop asked her were she was coming from and it never sounds good when u say a party.  So she got tested for a DUI  she was soo excited!  It was actually pretty funny, needless to say she didnt get a ticket. 

 

The next day I went to Joy's house to stay the night.  I got there and me, Joy and Lizzie watercolored, and colored princess pictures.  Then just hung out and played.  After the girls went to bed Joy and I rented No Reservations and got ice cream.  then  sniffled our way through the movie.  We liked it though.  Sunday Jim and Joy were giving talks so I was watching the girls...  it went pretty smoothly.  Only once some other lady had to help me by taking a crying Lizzie out.  :)  I would call that success.  Mimi stayed happy the whole time!  hahaha

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!

This year I actually have a Valentine and he has been soo great!  Everyone that reads my blog knows I hit it off with Brads friend Alex at the wedding... we've been talking A LOT since then (saturday...haha) and already have trips planned to visit each other.  Anyway on Saturday he was joking about writing a song about California, and last night he had written a song but it was about me.  He played and sang it for me, and e-mailed me the lyrics.  That was his Valentines Day present to me.  Then this morning I got out of the shower and had a couple missed calls from my dad, I called him back and he was outside of my apartment with some flowers, at first I assumed they were from him, but I guess Alex somehow arranged something and they were from him, a dozen long steamed red roses.  So pretty!  Needless to say he has made my Valentines Day pretty fun, and I have had so much fun just talking to him and texting him all day, everyday... I cant wait til each of our trips in March :)  

Wedding Prep!

Ok so I waited to post these pictures just to be safe!!  but I think we are ok now.  Last time everyone was in town (december) We went with Melanie for her dress fitting.  I have some pictures from the event... So here's a little preview.  :)  Since its only familt that looks at my blog I know you all know about grandpa since I've read all your blogs... I appreciate your posts, I think each of them have made me tear up at work.  But each of you have said the things I have been thinking, which I am grateful for since I am awful at putting thoughts on paper (or screen).  so Thank You!
